Nikon’s MTF charts show that the 24-70/4 is sharper wide open at 24mm and that at the long end it is very similar to the 24-120. The 24-200mm appears to perform a bit better on the long end but it is slower at f/6.3. At f/6.3, the 24-120/4 might perform the same or better. The Nikon charts do not tell this.
